We cannot give specific heating instructions as all microwave ovens vary. Please make sure food is piping hot throughout and only ever reheat once.

All our meals are cooked fresh and suitable for home freezing. Please defrost in the fridge for 24 hours and consume immediately.

This is done through our social media pages and invoiced to your email address. You must submit your choices each week and have six weeks to use a four week package.

Delivery is every Monday between 0930 - 1400 traffic depending.
